Shipping Info
Wacky Cycle cc ships globally directly from our fulfilment center in mainland-China, all orders over $75 receive free-shipping, orders below this amount incur a $10 flat rate shipping fee!
- USA/Canada ETA:- 5 – 10 business days +/-
- UK/Europe ETA:- 5 – 10 business days +/-
- Rest of world ETA:- 7 – 21 business days +/-
Returns
We do accept returns & exchanges, at the exception of items damaged in transit. Our goal is to make sure all of our customers are 100% satisfied. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the order date and we will do our best to make it right.

Our standard return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we typically can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Returns & Exchanges (If Applicable)
To be eligible for a return for whatever reason, you must first email us within 10 days of receiving your parcel. We will ship out a replacement for damaged items, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
However not all items are eligible for return. Any product on sale such as Black Friday and other special sales cannot be returned for refund though we can exchange the product if necessary and a product fee including shipping may be charged.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Wacky Cycle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Wacky Cycle will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Support will give you shipping instructions!
In some cases, to help the planet (and keep things simple), we may send a replacement and suggest gifting the original to a fellow cyclist.
