Shipping Information

Wacky Cycle cc ships globally from our fulfilment centre in mainland China.
All orders over $75 qualify for free shipping. Orders below this amount incur a $10 flat-rate shipping fee.

USA / Canada: 5–10 business days +/-
UK / Europe: 5–10 business days +/-
Rest of World: 7–21 business days +/-

Made-to-Order Production (Zero Waste)

All Wacky Cycle jerseys and kits are manufactured on demand.
This allows us to avoid overproduction, reduce textile waste, and lower our environmental footprint.

Because each item is made specifically for your order, exchanges may occasionally require a small remake or processing fee, particularly for sale items or custom sizes.

Returns

We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied. If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the order date, and we will do our best to make it right.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we typically cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Returns & Exchanges (If Applicable)

To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must contact us within 10 days of receiving your parcel.

For damaged items, we will ship a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.

Please note:
• Items purchased during sales or promotions (e.g., Black Friday) cannot be returned for a refund.
• We can offer an exchange for sale items if needed; however, a small remake/processing fee may be applied to cover production and shipping of the new item.
• As part of our sustainability efforts, we do not always require items to be returned. More below.

Our Zero-Waste, Eco-Friendly Approach

To help reduce shipping emissions and textile waste, Wacky Cycle follows a low-waste return model.

In many cases — especially for sizing issues — we may:
Send you a replacement
Invite you to keep or gift the original item to another cyclist

This eliminates unnecessary return shipments, lowers CO₂ emissions, and supports a more sustainable cycling community.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds may take several business days to be processed by your bank or card provider.
If you have not received your refund within 2 weeks, please contact us at support@wackycycle.cc

Lost or Stolen Packages

Wacky Cycle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery details (address, date, tracking, and courier) for you to investigate with the shipping provider.

Return Shipping Instructions

To return a product (only if requested), please email us at support@wackycycle.cc
We will provide the appropriate return instructions.

In many cases, to support our zero-waste programme, we may send a replacement and suggest gifting the original to a fellow rider instead of returning it.
