How long does it take to receive my order?

Most products are printed on demand (POD) therefore fulfillment & delivery takes a bit longer,

  • USA/Canada ETA:- 7 – 14 business days +/-
  • UK/Europe ETA:- 7 – 14 business days +/-
  • Rest of world ETA:- 7 – 21 business days +/-

 

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes we ship Internationally!

 

How does your sizing run? 

Our fit is slim so please size up at least 1 size from a regular US size,

  • Generally we recommend sizing up 1 size from a regular US size since cycling clothing fits tighter, for a looser fit sizing up 2 sizes is recommended.
  • If you would prefer a different Bib/Shorts size, under order notes @checkout please let us know!

I received a damaged/incorrect item. What should I do?

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, or if you’re missing an item, contact our customer service team at support@wackycycle.cc within 3 business days of receipt for further assistance. If damaged or incorrect, providing photos of the item(s) you received as proof, greatly helps our customer service team with assistance.

 

Do you offer refunds?

We understand that ordering online can be difficult. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of purchase and get a refund or exchange the product for another one.

If the exchange is due to a packaging error, defect, or manufacturing issue, we will cover the cost to return the item. If not, you just have to cover the shipping and we'll send you out a new item at no extra cost.
